Booking a session automatically means that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with them before purchasing a session from us. We reserve the right to amend and change these terms without notification
Bookings
Full payment must be received in order to secure your place on all sessions.
After school classes for children are booked termly unless otherwise agreed.
Children will not be allowed to walk home or arrive for a session on their own
Block bookings can be booked half way though the term – they will be charged pro-rata.
Renewals
Before the end of term we will send out renewals forms.
You will have priority over your session and your space will automatically be reserved until full payment is received. If the payment is not received by the end of the priority booking date then the place will be offered out to someone else.
If it is not possible to pay for a session in full at the time of booking please speak to us and we will do our best to offer a payment plan.
Garden Stitching is committed to being accessible to all backgrounds.
Missed Sessions
Please let us know in advance if your child will not be able to make a booked session.
Returned Payments
A £5 admin cost will be charged if a cheque is returned unpaid to us. Full payment will be needed before you or your child can attend a session.
Exclusions
Safety of everyone is paramount to us and therefore we reserve the right to exclude any person from any session if we consider that:
they have breached these Terms and Conditions.
their behavior is disruptive or likely to put other users and teachers in danger.
We will treat our Students and Parents with respect so we expect the same for our staff
Liabilities
Our policy is never to cancel a session regardless the number of participants. However should an event arise beyond our control that meant cancelling a session is the only viable option then a full refund will be given.
Health and Injuries
You acknowledge that sessions will include the use of needles, pins, scissors,hooks,yarn and other sharp objects.
All new students will receive Health and Safety guidelines. We cannot accept liability if you or your child are injured when in breach of these
We expect our students to leave the premises as they have found them.
We accept you or your child on the assumption of good health. It is your responsibility to alert us to any medical conditions, complaint, behavioral needs or relevant history
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damages arising from omissions on the enrolment form whether completed by you or your appointee
We do not accept any responsibility for any personal injury or death to anyone attending any activity save to the extent that such an injury shall be caused by the negligence or default of any member of our staff or any default on our part
Personal property
Possessions will be placed away from the working area and not used during sessions.
Please do not bring any valuables to the session.
We do not accept any liability for lost or damaged items.
Third parties
Any person who is not party to these terms and conditions or any document or agreement incorporating these terms and conditions shall have no right under the contract to enforce any of its terms. Right of third parties act 1999.
